Philosophy of Ministry
We seek to form a youth ministry that exists to build our church. Even though relationships are important,
we will not become a social club but a ministry where our youth can experience hands on ministry,
that expands beyond our group to school campuses and the community. We intend to involve the youth in real ministry now!
Mission Statement
To develop the youth to be true disciples—to fulfill the Great Commission, and to follow,
imitate, and pursue Christ. To help them discover their calling, be made whole,
and equip them to do the work of God through Student-Led Youth Ministry.
Vision Statement
To raise up our youth as ambassadors for Christ that are totally fulfilled by Him and
not by what the world has to offer. We want to make disciples who have a fresh and
consistent walk with God for a lifetime, who, because of our mentoring, will in the future, become better spouses and parents.
Emotional Impact Statement
To provide a welcoming atmosphere that is relevant to today’s youth so that they may
feel accepted as they are. Then they can experience true transformation and boldly
live for God. Their trust in us will lead them to open their hearts to the gospel we
preach and the God we serve.
Fulfillment Statement
We will provide a safe and loving environment that ignites relationships that make Disciples.
